They are an amazing product and taste great.

I used them for chocolate covered strawberries and making chocolate candy. They have a very smooth rich flavor

Great value, decent flavor and texture

These are a good value for bulk melting chocolate. They melt just like any other melting chocolate and are good for dipping or adding to dishes, baked good, etc... They have a decent flavor, but lack the richness and flavor of 'normal' chocolate. They just have a slightly off flavor, but from my experience that seems to be common with melting chocolate since they add things to make it melt easier, at the detriment to the flavor.

Cooking Chocolate.

This 2 pound bag of cooking chocolate should ge a long way!It does melt very nicely (I always use a double boiler to keep it all smooth and shiny). The flavor is OK - it is after all, cooking chocolate. I certainly wouldn't eat it straight up.However, when paired with other things it works well.
