I contacted the company after I ordered, as we were experiencing high temperatures in Texas and I was concerned ordered items could melt. I was assured that all precautions were taken to insure this didnt happen. My order arrived 8-25-26 and it was a melted mess. The ice packs were melted and hot providing no protection. Every bit of candy was melted together. Unless you live in close proximity to this company I would not order from them.
